Purpose and Objectives:

As part of the Board Area Customer Success, the Adoption Services Center (ASC) of SAP\'s Cloud Success Services organization is a global unit of over 12,000 service professionals who support our customers in all aspects of a successful adoption of their SAP software solutions and helping them so realize the maximum value for their businesses. The ASC Skill Management team is a globally distributed department which drives skill evolution and transformation to this global organization. Its focus are internal training initiatives for consultants and other service professionals in adoption roles, establishing and driving knowledge exchange in virtual SAP-internal communities as well as the consistent usage of an internal skill management tool for the organization.

Expectations and tasks:

As an Enablement Architect within the ASC Skill Management team you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of tailored enablement programs for one or more of our internal ASC organizational units. You will support a dedicated business unit with regards to internal training needs and support the knowledge exchange of internal communities of experts globally and in close alignment with management stakeholders. You will also co-deliver internal training offerings in the area of communication skills and be engaged in an upcoming Early Talent onboarding program for the APJ region.

Key activities include:

  • Support a dedicated business unit in the Adoption Services Center globally regarding their enablement requirements, pointing them to existing offerings and co-create new and specific enablement programs for their needs - as internal offerings
  • Drive knowledge exchange of internal communities of experts
  • Engage in the planning and delivery of an APJ-focused Early Talent onboarding program with central learning modules
  • Deliver soft-skill trainings with a specific fit to SAP\'s Services business
  • Be the so-called SPEAK coach as an internal representative of the ASC organization towards the central tool owners of this central Skill Management tool and its taxonomy
Education and Qualifications / Skill and Competencies
  • University degree and practical SAP experience (min. 8 years)
  • Senior level position with SAP Services domain or SAP Business Support Role (role in consulting as well as internal enablement or skill management team)
  • Previous experience in internal learning program design for consultants in SAP industry, solution or technology
  • Ability to work virtually in a globally distributed team with globally distributed internal customers
  • High customer orientation towards internal audiences (employees, managers, executives)
  • Passion for learning and people development
  • Experience in HR and Diversity topics
Required Skills
  • Deep understanding of SAP\'s internal Learning and Skill Management solutions (Success Factors, SPEAK, L2MS, SAC)
  • Fluent or native German language skills to be able to communicate with stakeholders in Germany (management as well as worker\'s councils), also for course delivery
  • Experience in delivering soft-skill courses to consultant audiences
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Design Thinking and Teaching skills
  • SAP industry, solution or technology background
