Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements for IT systems and digital solutions. Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement using technology. Support the design and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing systems. Participate in project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment of business needs and technical solutions. Prepare documentation such as business requirement specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support. Work with data analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making. Maintain clear communication with internal development teams and/or external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; exposure to automation, data visualization tools (e.g. UiPath, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Interest in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and digital innovation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic Global IT organization.
