This role is part of the Pacific Ops System & ProcessFunction to manage complex, global & regional initiativessupporting various areas within Pacific Operations. PacificOperations include the areas of Reseller Operations, Online StoreFulfillment Operations, Retail Fulfillment Logistics, Supply/DemandManagement & Execution, Logistics and Product Operations. You willbe responsible for managing cross-functional andcross-organizational teams to define, build and roll-out innovativetechnology and business process solutions that increaseefficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue. Youshould have subject matter expertise in fulfillment supply chainfrom manufacturing and distribution centre sites, exceptionalproject management skills, a good grasp of process management, amaniacal attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence andcollaborate across all levels of the organization.

Description
- Leverage industry trends, best practices, and leading-edgetechnology and process improvement ideas. - Lead and implementcross-functional change management initiatives across all Apple’sproduct lines, influencing decisions through collaboration,leadership and a customer-focused approach - Devise and implementin partnership with cross-functional business users (includingoutside pacific operations e.g. Finance, Sales, etc), FreightForwarders, 3PL Warehouse, Apple OEM’s, IS&T business andsystem solutions that meet the changing business conditions. -Project manages cross-functional re-engineering implementations. -Drive for effective change management when necessary. - Ensureprocess integration across organization, both regionally andglobally. - Develop good, up-to-date knowledge of IT capabilitiesand able to work closely with IS&T. - Work within the business(cross functionally and cross regions) to document and gain finalapproval for the Business Requirements - Work with the BusinessProcess Owner to enhance the Business Processes to meet theBusiness Requirements - Articulate the Business Requirements to theIS&T Consultants and assist in the formulation of a prototypeor proof of concept solution - Work with the IS&T Consultantsto design the final solution to meet the requirements - Manage theUser acceptance test and implementation of the business change andsupporting systems change across Apple Pacific - Validate thereturn on investment was met post implementation

Bachelors degree required, Masters degree or MBApreferred.

• Proven track record of leadingstrategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tacticalproject-level activities and tasks
• In-depth knowledge and experience inproject and process management. Minimum of 6-8 years relevantexperience.
• Prior consulting experience in asimilar hi-tech industry is desirable but not required.
• Proven experience as a change agenthaving effectively implemented change in large cross functionalorganization
• Large Cross Functional projectimplementation experience
• Proven experience working effectivelyin a matrixed, global organization.
• Experience working on projects forteams based outside Singapore, e.g. virtual teams.
• Past experience of working on industrystandard CPFR, Demand forecasting systems and processes is aplus
• Strong analytical and problem solvingskills, attention to detail and high comfort in working withnumbers

- Ability to remain focused and workefficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks - Abilityto assimilate and learn complex processes in a changing and dynamicwork environment on a steep learning curve
