Business Technology Consultant

, based in

permanent, full-time

. You'll play a key role in implementing and optimizing enterprise software solutions across the Asia Pacific region, while enjoying a balanced and rewarding work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Deploy and configure Real Estate Property or Asset Management software solutions for clients across the Asia Pacific region. Conduct user engagement sessions to gather business requirements and plan effective implementation strategies. Design and execute data migration processes, ensuring accurate and seamless system configuration. Convert functional needs into technical specifications, customizing solutions to align with client objectives. Provide user training, deliver hands-on support, and manage post-implementation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in software consulting, implementation, or deployment. Strong proficiency in SQL Server or other RDBMS platforms. Skilled in report development tools such as MSSQL Reporting Services and experienced in writing Transact-SQL. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with accounting systems and workflows is highly desirable. Prior experience in the real estate or accounting sectors is an advantage (training will be provided). Willingness to travel when required.
