Job Description

Responsibilities * Assist in the development of a clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan * Partner with stakeholders to review UAT plan and test scenarios Liaise with stakeholders to Responsibilities Assist in the development of a clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan Partner with stakeholders to review UAT plan and test scenarios Liaise with stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness (UAT environment and UAT deliverables) for test execution Coordinate and follow up with respective stakeholders to resolve UAT defects and issues Coordinate with project management team and other stakeholders to ensure all test activities are going well Responsible to prepare the UAT Test Approach document as well as JIRA briefing to Business Users Work together with the stakeholders to configure JIRA User roles and grant permissions. Monitor the UAT progress and escalate issues/risks to project management team Review UAT deliverables by TSS Testing team and obtain stakeholders signed off within the stipulated project timeline. Update the JIRA dashboard regularly and attend Defect Triage meetings Assist in producing documents including UAT results, SOP and User Guide. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma in Business/Computer Science/Technology or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in similar role Ability to understand key business drivers, analytical and creative in problem solving Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key stakeholders Experience in Group insurance Knowledge will be an added advantage. Experience in Automation testing will be an added advantage. Experience in the testing tools like JIRA will be an added advantage.
