Key Responsibilities

Transformation Leadership
: Drive end-to-end business transformation programs, aligning with organizational strategy and long-term goals.
: Lead change initiatives, managing stakeholders across business units, functions, and geographies to ensure adoption and sustainability.
Operational Excellence
: Identify process inefficiencies and design improved workflows leveraging Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Digital & Technology Enablement
: Partner with IT and digital teams to embed technology solutions (ERP, cloud, automation, analytics, etc.) into transformation programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Influence and collaborate with C-suite executives, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.
Performance Tracking
: Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting structures to monitor progress, track ROI, and ensure delivery of business value.
Team Leadership
: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).
Minimum
12 years of professional experience
, with at least 6-8 years in business transformation, management consulting, or program management roles.
Proven track record in leading
large-scale transformation programs
across strategy, operations, and technology.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, transformation methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in driving
digital transformation
(ERP/Cloud, AI/Automation, Data & Analytics).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and financial acumen to measure business impact.
