Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to support digital transformation initiatives for our client. The role involves driving process improvements, leveraging the ServiceNow platform, and managing projects using Agile practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement end-to-end business transformation initiatives. Drive process re-engineering to optimise workflows and operations. Oversee project delivery aligned with digital transformation goals. Design and develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Utilise the ServiceNow platform for process automation and service delivery improvement. Apply Agile methodology and best practices in project execution. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. 5 to 8 years of experience in business transformation and project implementation. Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Proficient in Agile methodology and project execution. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities. * Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments.
