Be the Architect of Seamless Travel: You'll dive deep into Apple's Trip Approval system, crafting personalized visa requirement blueprints that pave the way for smooth and efficient travel.

Transform Data into Actionable Insights: You'll meticulously analyze immigration questionnaires, turning complex information into clear, concise guidance for our immigration providers.

Orchestrate Global Mobility: You'll expertly manage e-approvals and digital signatures, ensuring every application is handled with precision and speed.

Be the Proactive Problem-Solver: You'll keep a watchful eye on visa and work permit statuses, anticipating potential challenges and proactively resolving issues before they impact our teams. You'll be the hero who keeps our projects on track!

Preferred Qualifications

A seasoned expert in cross-border corporate operations, with a deep understanding of the business and legal aspects of global workforce management.

Experience building strong relationships with government and ministry officials, and comfortable engaging with them on regulatory compliance and immigration matters.

Master communicator with the ability to explain complex immigration concepts clearly and concisely.

Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Fluent in Apple's iWork suite (Keynote, Numbers, Pages) and possesses a solid understanding of global immigration laws, particularly as they relate to short-term business travel.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and continuously seeks new and innovative ways to improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree (or equivalent)

3+ years of experience navigating the world of business travel immigration for a large, multinational company.

7+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm, specializing in employment-related immigration.

Bar admission in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
