Job Description

Major responsibilities include but not limited to:

To assist in providing technical valuation support to the audit team, including reviewing valuation reports prepared by clients or their external experts as part of the audit process. To assist in evaluating key valuation methodologies, models, and assumptions, and preparing internal review documentation and technical summaries for audit working papers. To perform valuation analyses primarily for financial reporting purposes, including purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment testing, fair value measurement, and share-based payment in accordance with relevant accounting standards. To assist in financial model development and review, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with valuation and accounting standards. To perform industry, market, and comparable company/transaction research to support valuation analysis. To prepare and review DCF models, WACC computations, and relevant supporting analyses. To conduct research and assist in the preparation of valuation report/memos and internal review documentation. To support managers and directors in maintaining quality control and documentation standards in all deliverables. To carry out any other assignments as directed by managers, directors, or senior management.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in valuation, audit, corporate finance, or related fields. Knowledge or exposure to valuation for financial reporting (e.g. purchase price allocation, impairment testing, fair value measurement or share-based payment) is an advantage. Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Market Multiples), and finance and accounting principles

Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. * Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
