• Ghim Moh / Buona Vista vicinity (Singapore)

• Able to execute basic meat cutting including, deboning, trimming, portioning and slicing for online and offline orders.
• Able to learn and use the inventory control system and stock checking of meats upon arrival.
• Ability to maintain daily production and temperature records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and overall workplace hygiene.
• Able to follow SOPs and production standards of the company.
• Able to deal with customer\xe2\x80\x99s questions and to reply in a friendly manner to keep customers happy.
• Create effective displays for meat, poultry and seafood and other related merchandise in the butcher\xe2\x80\x99s display.
• There is opportunity to learn from a master butcher on meats and further knowledge on processing these meats into further delicacies.
• Preferably having experience as a butcher or education in meat preparation and knowledge in different variety of meat.
• Positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills translating to rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Open to kitchen staff looking for a new opportunity with more stable hours. Better hours than restaurants.
• IT literate (be able to manage online and offline orders and use the POS system).
