Summary of the role



Major duty: to high quality of butler services at both office and house of the CEO, and to oversee the related daily operations Location: to be based in office in Raffles Place, with regular visit to the house in Orchard Work hours: mainly Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, occasionally with tasks during off-work hours


Job responsibilities





Office side:


Greet and serve the office visitors with proper preparation ahead Manage the pantry and F&B supplies Manage the tea lady Organize office meetings and business lunch/dinner Assist in organizing events and monitor the on-site service Support various ad hoc duties, provisions and errands


Household side:


Greet and serve the visitors with proper preparation ahead Manage the kitchen and F&B supplies Organize gatherings and business lunch/dinner Assist in the property maintenance and manage the contractors Support various ad hoc duties, provisions and errands


Requirements



Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience, serving a Senior Executive of a family office most ideal Completion of a formal butler training program will be a bonus Detail-oriented, resourceful, multi-tasking, problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and with high integrity Pleasant, presentable, patience, positivity, courteous, and caring Proficient in English and Chinese
