Job Description

1. Conducts materials sourcing to ensure sufficient supplier base.2. Responsible for supplier accreditation. Collaborates with all functions involved in the process.3. Conducts and analyzes bidding process. Negotiates prices and ensures supply and delivery conditions are met.4. Analyzes and reviews purchase requisitions, collaborates with end users and considers information gathered about Market conditions in recommending purchases and preparing Purchase Orders.5. Evaluates and measures supplier performance in terms of Cost, Timeliness and Completeness of Delivery and Quality.6. Conducts regular business review with suppliers to develop supplier partnership.7. Initiates cost savings and improvement programs to help drive cost efficiency.Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 7 years of working experience specialized in Purchasing, Inventory Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, and organizational skills Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role, preferably with experience in F&B industry Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors) Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP) Understanding of supply chain proceduresJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
