Responsibilities:

Manage daily purchase requests from sales, projects, and operations within budget and timeline. Source and assess suppliers for price, quality, and lead time; issue purchase orders accordingly. Coordinate with warehouse and finance on goods receipt, inventory, and supplier payments. Monitor stock levels, support demand planning, and adjust orders to avoid shortages or excess. Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on deliveries, pricing, and terms. Work with QC, Logistics, and Product teams to resolve quality or delivery issues. Support audit documentation and escalate major supply issues when needed.

Requirements :

A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Solid understanding of procurement strategies and sourcing methods.
