• Well Established Company * Basic $2500 - $3800 + AWS + Variable Bonus * Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression * Working location: Various Location * Working day: Monday t Well Established Company Basic $2500 - $3800 + AWS + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Various Location Working day: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm Training provided for those without/lesser experience Job Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing strategies Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organisation partnerships Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms Approve orders of necessary goods and services Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. Foresee unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving procurement costs Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders Deliver a weekly purchase order report to management for all closed purchase orders along with vendor invoice numbers Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and coordinate with the sales/production on the delivery commitments.
