Job Description

Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for construction equipment, spare parts, and related materials Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings and value for money Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project and operational requirements Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Monitor supplier performance, build strong vendor relationships, and maintain an approved supplier list Track inventory levels and support warehouse team on stock replenishment Review technical specifications and ensure parts purchased meet quality and safety standards Assist in resolving supply issues, discrepancies, and delays with vendors Maintain procurement records, reports, and compliance with audit and company policies Support procurement team and participate in cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or any related field(s) but not necessary Minimum 2 to 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in

construction equipment

, or

spare parts

Familiarity with procurement systems and Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage
