Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Buyer

The Opportunity

Focus: Handle Procurement Process and Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
Office location: Singapore, North-East
Working hours: 8am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
This role will start off as contract position.

The Talent

Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain or Engineering
Min Preferably 1-2 years of experience working in a procurement role and dealing with Suppliers directly.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Handle procurement process
Maintain timely delivery (OTD) to meet the network capacity requirement
Handle Supplier Relationship
Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.
Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers.
Drive Negotiations with Suppliers for Sustaining Purchases
Partner with the Category team and to build comprehensive view of supplier performance.
Consolidates supplier performance for roll up to QBR/ASE
