Job Description
Requirements:
- Tactical / Strategic Purchasing
- Data-Entry for system transaction
- Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers
- Manage on-time delivery program, expediting delivery of materials to meet production requirement, handle supplier shipment discrepancies
- Update daily and monthly planning & purchasing reports, follow-up weekly with suppliers on forecasted requirements
- Generating purchasing order, expediting, re-scheduling and handling excess and inventory control management
- Ensure timely delivery materials to support the plant’s operation and manufacturing needs
- Interact closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues
- RMA management
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Minimum 2 year experience in manufacturing / contract manufacturing
- Well versed in Epicor especially on the Material/Purchasing module
- Posses good understanding of material management
- Good communication, negotiation, self-motivated and highly responsible with the ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
