Job Description
:
- Get price and lead time for oversea sales during RFQ stage
- Work closely with order management to ensure service order is created correctly.
- Create purchase order and enter into supplier system for orders
- Enter the goods receipts in the system
- Create commercial invoice and Packing list to inform that order is ready
- Work with overseas team if the items are lost or damaged on a recovery plan.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- 3 year working experience in relevant fields.
- Minimal supervisory require as you might be require to WFH.
- Working days: 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8 am – 1 pm
- Salary up to $3300.
- Located in Gul Circles.
