Job Description
Responsibilities Purchase direct materials, components as driven by MRP system Ensure timely PO execution and address supplier's capacity, materials issues that may affect supply Review, analyze report & update PO promised dates to ensure timely materials available for production Attend production meetings to update status and progress Communicate with suppliers for early or delayed deliveries as required, drive suppliers to meet on-time delivery Communicate with internal customers to know the priorities of materials needed Ensure revision changes are sent to the suppliers and implementation Responsible for materials lead time reduction, working with Supply Chain eg. VMI program Resolve Receiving and Invoices issues with respective departments Manage and execute RTV processes to ensure timely replacement of rejected partsJob Requirements 1-3 years related industry experience in purchasing role Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and experience in Oracle system is highly desirable Experience in low-volume high-mix Manufacturing environment is a plus Basic understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) will be advantageousPlease kindly email your resume in Ms Word to [ Email address blocked ] We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.Quek Weixiang GaryRegistration Number: R1981768EA License No. 22C1026
