Minimally a Diploma in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or any other field
Minimally to have 1 year experience in direct procurement
Proficient in Excel, Vlookup, Pivot Tables and Excel formulas
Familiar with SAP

The Job

Execute department procedures, P2P and be the go-to person or subject matter expert for problems and questions.
Takes appropriate action to correct errors and implement changes in processes to stop errors from occurring.
Daily conversion of purchase orders for indirect materials and services. Review the purchase request from stakeholders.
Manages all pricing for direct material (Outline Agreement in SAP) working closely with direct material sourcing team.
Resolve and release blocked invoices with requestors and finance.
Manage the vendor setup process with requested functions. May be required to handle confidential data relating to suppliers or business operations.
Obtain data from internal sources. Analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
Ensure data integrity in purchasing systems, documentation and adhere to Company Policy and procedures.
Have SAP MM knowledge
Assist the CSP Process Manager with process documentation, KPI data gathering etc.
Participle in automation project in the department/company.
Any other duties assigned
