Source and purchase electronic components and mechanical parts that meet required specifications.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
Perform comparison of specifications and pricing and propose alternatives to engineers for approval.
Issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisitions.
Follow up on outstanding orders and expedite urgent materials as needed.
Collaborate with the Finance and Store departments to resolve discrepancies between delivery orders and invoices.
Work with the Quality Control team to address suppliers\' quality issues.
Participate in the annual audit for ISO9001 & 14001 certifications.

Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain-related discipline.
At least 2 years of purchasing experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (OEM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Familiarity with advanced Excel functions such as SUMPRODUCT, Conditional Formatting, Sort/Filter, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and sourcing skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience with machining/metal stamping parts will be considered an added advantage.
