Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Get price and lead time for China sales during RFQ stage
- Once customer order is released, work with other mgt to ensure SO is created correctly
- Create PO and enter into supplier’s systems for orders
- Follow up on items delivery and work with Bollore on items receive
- Do GR in system
- Create CIPL to inform Sales that order is ready
- Inform customer FF and Bollore on release of goods
- Do pick and release process
- Generate System CIPL
- Get signed AWB from Bollore and pass to finance
- Work with Bollore on warehouse charges
- In event if items are lost or damaged, agree with China sales, suppliers on recover plan
