Role and Responsibilities

Job Profile Summary:

Prepares the Cabin Devices for daily operation, such as performing pre-training checks and equipment functionality check. Carries out required maintenance task and performs preventative maintenance for each training device, based on the published monthly schedules.

Incumbent in this role works on assignment that are generally similar and moderately difficult with little instruction. Position requires vocational or technical education in own area and 0-3 years of work experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on the Cabin Door Devices and associated simulator systems.
• Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
• Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.
• Complete all designated training activities.
• Perform pre-training checks and equipment functionality checks.
• Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
• Learn and comply with CAAS regulation for the training devices
• Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner.
• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the Cabin Door Devices as required.
• Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Perform tasks to support the Cabin Device Maintenance Group as required.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate ability to interpret system prints and schematics.
• Proficiency in operating test equipment (oscilloscope, multi-meter, signal generator, etc.).
• Computer literate (PC and / or computer mainframe/architecture).
• Proficiency in soldering and circuit board repairs.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Having a good English language proficiency

EDUCATION REQUIRED

• 2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 0-2 years\' experience - Entry level position.
