JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct Classroom documentation training
Conduct OJT & assessment
Develop Training Syllabus and Training Assessment
Develop Training Plan and OJT Log
Record and file all documents (Training/Course attendance & update Training Matrix)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
Possess Train the Trainer qualification
1 to 2 years of working experience as a trainer or 2 to 3 years of working experience in aviation field
Aviation Human Factor Error Management
Good understanding of Mechanical/Electronic aspect in Cabin Maintenance Operation
