We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join the team, responsible for bringing its design concepts to life through precise and detailed computer-aided designs.The CAD Designer will play a crucial role in the design team, creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D designs for the clients\' projects. CAD Design:
- Create precise and detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for clients\' projects
- Interpret design concepts, specifications, and requirements
- Develop and maintain accurate CAD models, drawings, and documentation
Design Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Design Optimization:
- Optimize designs for functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Identify design improvements and suggest innovative solutions
Quality Control:
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of CAD designs
- Conduct quality checks and peer reviews to maintain high standardsKey Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in CAD Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD design
- Experience in the design and build industry preferred
Skills:
- Strong CAD design skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent spatial reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
