It is an internationally established design firm providing innovative professional services for hospitality, residential, office and master planning projects. S MALLWOOD is also an established hospitality design firm both architecture and interior design. We are looking for young and motivated Team Members to help us build a strong Team for the future. Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and Document interior design drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations, and Enlarged Details)

• Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings

• Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for interior design drawings

• Producing large scale documentation packages

• Producing fully coordinated (with other design disciplines) and accurate sets of drawings

• Expertise in AutoCAD

• Experience in Hospitality design is required

• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style with Teamwork as priority

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Keen attention to details

• Ability to work independently

• Good knowledge of FF&E, materials and technical specifications related to interior design.

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in interior design or architecture

• At least 5 years of working experience

• At least 3 years of hospitality interior design experience

• Understanding and knowledge of hotel’s design standards, building codes, building construction, building systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
