Responsibilities:

• Prepare all drafting works as directed
• Receive, file all incoming drawings
• Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings
• Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Creating construction drawings and documents using CAD/Revit Software
• Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
• Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Degree or Diploma in ARCHITECTURE
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences
• Required skill(s): Sketchup and Photoshop
• Experienced in BIM will be added advantage
