Responsibilities:

Generate/modify drawings for the following:


Progress update, construction work sequence, site utilisation plan Utility drawing with section/layout view, checking utility services with proposed structure Traffic diversion work with road/drainage element Construction shop drawing for RC / steel structure / other structure works Construction as-built drawings + Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary.
Monitor compliance with building codes throughout the construction process. Review engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans. Coordinate filling, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings. Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers. Interpret specifications. Review completed construction drawing and cost estimates for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Possess minimum Diploma in related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Construction industry. Experience with Main Contractor in LTA underground infrastructure project is highly preferred. High proficiency in AutoCAD. Team player with good inter-personal skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Open to working 5.5D
