Cad Engineer / Plant Engineering (project Engineer)
Job Description
Required skills:
Highly skilled professional whose main job entails using computer-aided design software (3D)
Mechanical engineering skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering design software is a must (CREO, Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
Need to have a good understanding of basic science, physics, materials, mathematics and engineering principle
Proficient in MS Windows applications (Word, excel, power point, etc.)
Must have good communication skills (both English & Chinese / business and technical language)
Advantages:
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Data Management (PDM) knowledge is an advantage, especially Windchill PLM
Knowledge of CREO piping module is an advantage
Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D is an advantage
Experience in medical / industrial and specialty gas industry is an advantage
Tasks:
Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings with related documentation (MTO, process description, manuals, specifications, etc.) for complex plant engineering projects
Coordinate the activities of Customer and Contractors throughout the project
Manage the lifecycles of the products using Windchill software
Travel overseas and take part in site commissionings
