Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with BIM coordinators and BIM Modelers
- Acting as the intermediary between clients, architects and engineers
- Ensuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need
- Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances
- Ensure drawings are produced according to prescribed BIM standards and procedure.
- Experience in detail design documentation, compliances to authorities, BIM standards and execution plan
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Architectural BIM
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or BIM
- Experience in authorities’ submission an advantage
