Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Familiarize with 3 to 5-axis CNC machine.
- Perform CAD/CAM modelling with UG software.
- Create 3D solid surface based on customer cadfile.
- Design & Develop electrode for EDM & Wire-cut process.
- Create insert 3D surface & Tool path generation for pre-machining using customer cadfile.
- Perform work according to Customer/Engineering requirements & specifications.
- Plan CAD/CAM process lead-time, Electrode design for EDM process.
- Able to interpret blueprints & understand specifications.
- Work with other department for process improvement.
- Minimum Diploma in engineering & Manufacturing.
- Or NTC in related industry with minimum 5 to 7 years hands on experience.
- Experience in UG or NX CAD/CAM software or equivalent.
- Familiar with Toolroom machines such as CNC, EDM, Wire-cut preferred.
- A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in both Plastic Injection and Medical tools.
