About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and creative baker to join our cafe kitchen team! You'll be crafting fresh breads and cakes from scratch each day, helping us deliver both comfort and quality to our customers. If you love the smell of warm loaves and enjoy experimenting with seasonal bakes, this is the place for you.
What You'll Do
Prepare daily bakes including breads, cakes, and pastries from scratch Follow cafe recipes with precision while contributing ideas for new or seasonal creations Ensure every item looks and tastes great--meeting our quality and visual standards Keep your station clean, organized, and safe at all times Work closely with the baristas and front-of-house team for smooth daily service Help manage ingredients: restocking, proper storage, and basic inventory
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of baking experience (breads and cakes) Valid food safety certification A team player who's passionate about good food, detail-oriented, and reliable
