Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
Take customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar area.
Follow proper food and beverage safety and hygiene practices.
Keep track of inventory and restock items as needed.
Manage customer feedback and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Requirements:
Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Passion for coffee and creating excellent beverages.
Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
