Position title : Caf\xc3\xa9 Chef
Location: Orchard area / Jewel
Working Days: 6 days per week ; 9.5 hours each day
Salary : $2,400 - $3,000
Responsibilities
- Preparation of all food and beverages
- Regular review of caf\xc3\xa9 menu to ensure food offerings are well received
- Able to create and plan new food offerings when required
- Manages and oversee daily caf\xc3\xa9 operations and ensure cleanliness of caf\xc3\xa9 at all times
- Inventory management and ensuring sufficient stock level at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring quality of food and beverages served to customers
- Compliance with NEA safety and hygiene standard requirements
