Job Description
Caf\xc3\xa9 Cook in CBD (5 days, alternate Saturday)
- Substantial experience in preparing western cuisines in a Caf\xc3\xa9 environment
- Deep knowledge of caf\xc3\xa9 food recipes, cooking techniques, plating styles and standards
- Profound knowledge of ingredients and equipment
- Strong familiarity about cafe culinary items, cooking methods and technique
- Ability to plan and develop new menu
- Off days on Sunday and PH
Requirement:
- Relevant minimum 1 year experience from cafes & restaurant
- Food hygiene certificate
- Relevant culinary qualification from Singapore institutions
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently to fulfil assigned task by management
- Maintain positive attitude and establish team work with co-worker
