Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing and serving beverages and desserts to customers.
- Packaging food and beverages for sale.
- Constantly learn about Japanese teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and desserts quality.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene
- Making ingredients
- Full Time / Part Time are required
- Other ad-hoc duties are required
Job Requirements:
- Keen on continuous learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A polite and engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
