Completing all assigned tasks by outlet mangers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, then educating staffs regularly.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers and directors to solve the issues.
Following all SOPs, food health, safety and hygiene, then educating staffs regularly.
Orientate and train employees so as to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies by using the operations training manual.
Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
Manage the manpower cycle (Recruiting, Training, Managing)
Prepare outlet report and provide operational feedbacks to outlet maangers, and director.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Provide excellent customer service, handle customer\'s enquiry and feedback. Must do a service recovery.
Plan & perform inventory control i.e. Stock ordering, reduce/control wastage.
Management Trainee Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in management, Hospitality or similar.
Experience in a management role or similar is a plus
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills
Management Trainee Packages:
Salary range: $2650 - $3200 per month
