Job Scope
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
Advise and guide staff on the best ways to resolve issues with customers and deliver excellent customer service
Engage in the process of staff hiring ( resumes selection and interviewing )
Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Add new menu items based on seasonality, together with the Head Chef
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Generate events and promotions to boost cafe revenue
Adhere and enforce employee-compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
Diploma in Business Management or Hospitality & Tourism, with 2-5 years of F&B service industry experience, or equivalent
Excellent leadership skills, experience leading a team
Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess the ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets
Comfortable in working independently as well as with the management; setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to start work immediately
