To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that all team members provide excellent standards of service and product quality.
Ensure that all team members maintain accurate product knowledge.
Assist in the development of a passionate and caring service culture.
To ensure all team members understand the general set up of all work areas.
Be able to provide operational assistance as required in all areas of the operation such as Registers, Espresso standards, Admin, Stock Levels, Guest Service and Store Reports.
Prepare weekly schedule according to budgeted sales and labour targets.
The Manager during quiet times may also be required to as well as making team members responsible for:
o Clear and clean work areas o Clear and clean tables o Dust shelves and merchandise o Restock shelves
To perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum "N" Level / "O" Level / ITE
Minimum 1 year of F&B Management experience
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
