Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner by creating their coffee interests and needs.
- Being knowledgeable of the food & beverage menus.
- Providing customer service, prepare drinks order and be able to give good recommendations.
- Supervising the team to maintain high standard of service to customers.
- Kitchen hygiene knowledge & Barista Qualification is a plus.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with focus in new business development, prefer in Hotel / Restaurant industry.
- You are business oriented and sales-driven.
- You have customer service-oriented mindset.
- You have good understanding of the various types of coffee range.
- You must be able to rotate day shifts.
- You are a team player.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
- You are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong analytical skill with good business sense.
