Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Cafe Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring a consistently high standard of food, service, and guest experience. As the face of the store, you will foster a positive team culture, maintain operational excellence, and drive profitability--all while championing Creamier's philosophy of happiness and quality.





Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of cafe operations, including front and back of house. Achieve sales targets and control costs (labor, food, supplies) to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, NEA regulations, and company standards. Recruit, train, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding service. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to turn first-time visitors into loyal customers. Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and merchandising standards. Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors and HQ on supply chain needs. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative duties (scheduling, payroll, reporting). Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, actively addressing operational or safety concerns.

Requirements



At least 3 years of experience managing a cafe or F&B outlet. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Food Hygiene Certification is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems. Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, can-do attitude. * Passion for customer service and quality food experiences.
