Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily operational tasks to maintain store cleanliness and organization
Adhere to standard procedures and policies in all work-related activities
Manage cashiering, order taking, and delivery coordination duties
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the cafe at all times
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and customer requests
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred
Proficient in using computers to process online orders or delivery platform orders
Willing to work in shifts and be available for overtime as needed
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Possess strong communication and customer service skills, with at least basic proficiency in English
