KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Work experiences as Supervisor or Shift Leader in F&B establishment, preferably in a specialty coffee store
- Experience in coaching and training with certification will be an added advantage
- Require to work during weekends and public holidays
- High initiative, organized and able to multi-task efficiently
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Manager on day-to-day cafe operations
- Opening and closing shift/registers, accounting for the daily sales intake and preparing cash deposits
- Plan shift schedule and ensure it is communicated well within the team
- Supervise all staff and assign duties accordingly during each shift
- Coach and monitor staff performance
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, organized and well-stocked, ready for smooth and efficient operations at each shift
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
