Job Description

1. Be responsible for daily business such as receiving, storing, returning, tally in the warehouse, inventory, storage management, pickup, packing, handover, B2B transfer, etc., to ensure the quality and quantity of the goods. 2. arrange manpower and working hours reasonably, complete daily collection, shelving, inventory, pickup, packaging, handover, etc., to improve per capita efficiency; 3. Organize daily pre/post operations meetings, assign day operations tasks, summarize day operations, solve current problems in real time and correct errors. 4. Responsible for ensuring that warehouse SOPs and processes, job guidance are established, improved, and implemented effectively and accurately; 5. The necessary inventory and category analysis, the validity management analysis of shelf-life commodity, to achieve the inventory commodity first-out, report the backlog of commodities; 6. Work closely with other departments to solve problems, handle abnormal business of goods receipt and storage, communicate with real-time procurement and marketing departments and supply chain departments; 7. Responsible for daily operational training and guidance, team building and talent echelon training of departmental staff;

1. At least 3 years experience in warehousing management, familiar with modern warehousing/logistics management business processes; 2. A rich reserve of warehousing management expertise; Master management knowledge such as goal management, team management, process optimization, etc. 3. Good language and communication skills, interpersonal skills and execution; Good logical thinking skills as well as problem solving; Have relevant professional training skills, be able to operate related facilities equipment and office software; 4. Good data analysis capability; Skilled office software operations; Management decision-making ability, leadership team ability, organizational coordination ability, execution ability; 5.
