FNP Cakes Pte Ltd is a premium cake and dessert brand with a strong presence in Singapore. We are known for our high-quality cakes, innovative designs, and commitment to excellence. We are looking for talented and passionate Cake Decorators / Cake Makers to join our growing team at our Mandai production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, decorate, and finish cakes, cupcakes, and desserts according to company standards and customer requirements.
Create theme cakes, wedding cakes, and custom celebration cakes with high attention to detail.
Work with various decorating techniques including fondant, buttercream, chocolate, edible prints, and other modern cake artistry methods.
Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality across all products.
Assist in cake production, including baking, frosting, and assembling cakes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with the team to develop new designs, flavors, and seasonal collections.
Ensure timely preparation of orders for delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cake Decorator / Cake Maker in a professional bakery or cake shop.
Strong skills in fondant work, piping, sugar flowers, edible prints, and other advanced decorating techniques.
Creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
