Job Description
Baker\xe2\x80\x99s Brew is looking for an engaging and motivated cake decorator or fondant artist to join our dynamic customised department! If you are a bubbly individual with passion for cake decorating and would like to build a career in this exciting industry, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities:
- Crumb coating and frosting of cakes with buttercream or Ganache.
- Preparation of fondant and buttercream decorations
- Assembling and packing of customized cakes
- Covering of cakes with fondant and tiering of cakes
- Baking of meringue and macarons
- Cleaning and maintaining of individual workstations.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
- Minimum 1 year experience in cake decorating.
- Passionate in cake decorating.
- Willing to learn & accept feedback/criticisms.
- Able to work in a team and interact well with colleagues.
