Job Description

Purpose: The Technician is to lead and owns the Power-on & Calibration phases of installation, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.Responsibilities:

• Perform sensor and vibration controller calibration and vibration testing in accordance with ISO17025 accreditation standard.
• Ensure the quality and validity of data obtained during calibration of sensor and vibration controller and vibration testing
• Calculate and update the uncertainty of measurement of sensor and vibration controller calibration and vibration testing
• Ensure that all necessary hardware and software for calibration are maintained, calibrated, and ready to use.
• Ensure that all documents required per ISO17025 are documented and available when needed.
• Assist to review the SOP of sensor and vibration controller calibration and create a necessary adjustments to improve the efficiency of the calibration process.
• Assist to create, reviewing, and modify the SOP of vibration testing to improve the efficiency of the calibration process.
• Review new testing standards to extend the scope of accreditation based on the request from the Sales Department.

Qualification

• Fresh ITE Graduate in NITECH/HIGHER NITECH in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical /Mechatronic), or related field and 1+ years' experience. Training will be provided.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
• Willing to work overtime as necessary to complete the project.
• Good proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken & written).
• A team player with positive energy and influence.
