Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least Graduated from High school. College undergrads and grads are welcome to apply
  • No Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
  • 1-year Global Distribution System (GDS) required
  • Good to Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Has a good customer service orientation
  • The applicant should be living in Cebu
Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or products.
  • May handle assistance through phone, chat, or email.
  • Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
  • Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
  • Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
