Job Description

What are we looking for?

  • Open to candidates who completed college no experience required
  • Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with at least 3months of BPO Experince
  • Excellent to above average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns
  • Answer participant questions, , as well as talk to participants to achieve full understanding of what critical information are being asked.
Job Type: Full-timePay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Education:
  • Junior High School (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Call Center Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
