Job Description

Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.Work At Home Requirements:

  • Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
  • Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
  • Wired connection from modem/router to PC
  • Conductive workspace away from distractions
  • Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
